Phase 2 Recipe #1: CTS

This one isn’t an original idea but I though I’d share anyway. As you know I’m on the full liquids stage of things. I threw together a couple basics and it came out great. 


  • 1 can of Campbell’s Tomato Soup
  • 6 oz of Chicken Bone Broth (protein!)
  • 3 oz of skim milk
  • A pinch of parsley


Throw it all in the NutriBullet (or blending device of your choosing) to make it smooth, heat it up for a few minutes to a comfortable temperature, and enjoy. 

I didn’t say it was complex. LOL

At this point the energy isn’t there to do anything from scratch, so there you go: Creamy Tomato Soup (CTS).
